An automation solution for design processes can not only shorten the time to market, but also increase the quality of tools and reduce costs. The quick check evaluated how existing data and processes can be used to process customer requirements and create CAD models using AI. As AI builds on the extensive design knowledge already available, the number of prototypes and tests required can be reduced, thereby also cutting costs. In addition, the quality of the tools can be optimized through the use of AI processes. The analysis of the existing fundamentals and technical possibilities carried out in the Quick Check provides the company with the planning and strategic direction for the future use of AI processes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"umsetzung-der-ki-applikationfur-die-bestehenden-konstruktionsprozesse-und-die-zugrundeliegende-datenbasis-wurde-eine-strategie-entwickelt-um-diese-optimal-fur-den-einsatz-von-ki-systemen-vorzubereiten-die-kundenanforderungen-und-die-angestrebten-cad-modelle-wurden-hinsichtlich-ihrer-eignung-fur-das-ki-training-analysiert-auch-die-software-synera-sowie-relevante-ki-technologien-wurden-auf-ihre-eignung-fur-den-einsatz-in-der-konstruktion-uberpruft-basierend-auf-den-gewonnenen-erkenntnissen-wurde-eine-roadmap-fur-die-zukunftige-integration-von-ki-technologien-in-den-konstruktionsprozess-erstellt\">Implementation of the AI application<br><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>A strategy was developed for the existing design processes and the underlying database in order to optimally prepare them for the use of AI systems. The customer requirements and the targeted CAD models were analyzed with regard to their suitability for AI training. The Synera software and relevant AI technologies were also checked for their suitability for use in design.
